  • I am a current patron with Kelly at Posare' on Durango dr. It saddens me that there are a few really good Styilist working at such an unprofessional , tacky , poorly operated facility. If I didn't love Kelly's hair creations so much I would never step foot in that chaos. The owner Donna is a train wreck... She is a 60 plus year old adult who acts 12.. When I rented a room from her at this location, I reminded her several times to not gossip about other renters/Styilist as my clients can hear her every word. This women needs to take some serious business courses on how to run a business and maintain a professional establishment. One of the other stylist nailed it one the head when she explained Donna as nothing but a "fast talker" . The salon is very cheaply put together as she doesn't like to invest in quality repairs or any kind of good upgrades. The two shampoo bowls have leaked for the entire year I rented there as well as the shampoo chairs are old and extremely uncomfortable . My light bulbs where also blown for the year I worked there and still not repaired as far as I am aware, as well the room next to mine the ceiling looks as it going to fall in! The hot water heater broke months ago and took days to fix requiring all of the hairstylist to either reschedule clients or ask if they minded cold water for washouts. Again my clients listened to her complain repeatedly about the cost and how mad she was about putting money into the repair. My clients come to relax and enjoy a peaceful quality service , not listen to an unprofessional "owner" complain of issues with the salon. Thankfully I have moved to a new and very professional location with mature co workers. I love your work Kelly but you need a new location this place blows!
