  • Third time I had an appointment scheduled, and saw others taken ahead of me. Yesterday, I made an appointment for 3:45pm. I arrived about 10 minutes early, and saw that my name was number 2 on the list. At 4pm they took number 7 & 8 on their waiting list, and told me that there were still two people ahead of me. What kind of nonsense was that? If a business doesn't respect it's clients then it doesn't deserve their patronage. This Supercuts permanently lost me as a customer.
