The store itself is nice and clean. There is a wide variety of brands. I waited 15 minutes for anyone to approach me. No one approached me. I needed help finding a foundation that would match with my skin. I normally use higher end brands but I wanted to try out Maybelline FitMe. I approached a group of women who had been standing, talking amongst themselves since I walked in the store. I asked one of them if she could help me find a foundation that matched. She proceeded to inform me that she wouldn't be able to give me an accurate match because there were no testers for that brand. The only brand on that side of the store (the cheaper side) that had testers was NYX. She said she could match me with a brand on the other side of the store (the more expensive side with testers). Then she asked another girl to help me but informed me that her guess would be good as mine. The girl that helped me said I had yellow undertones and that the foundation I had grabbed would be too pink (it was actually too yellow because my skin is kind of rosy). She was at least nice and helpful and tried her best. I was mostly disappointed in the service I received from the other employees. I would rather go to any of the other ULTA locations in town.
