  • Very far away from the airport car rental building. We ordered a 7-passenger large SUV they had a Toyota 4Runner and a Dodge Journey. The 4Runner was missing one of its rear seats had beer caps and garbage inside. The Dodge Journey rear liftgate that would not work. The only thing that would fit us was a dirty Dodge Caravan with 58k miles with the rear storage area carpeting ripped up also one of the seat belts was ripped. The next day they called to ask what car we took and if it was a white Trans Am. Upon return no one could tell me what to do they just said go inside where somebody asked if someone checked in my vehicle I said no they sent me inside so I went back outside into the hundred and ten degree Heat and waited for someone to look over my vehicle. Then I waited in line to get a receipt. Just my own opinion the discount is not worth the trouble I will pay a little more to have a good quality company and vehicles.
