  • Today my mom's wallet was stolen from her purse while shopping inside of this Macy's. Keep in mind there were almost no other customers in the store. Store management and security acted as if they were inconvenienced by her request for them to view the security camera. The police were called and not long after the police left a Macy's employee leaves her shift with a gold Michael Kors purse in her hand. This is the exact same wallet stolen from my mom's purse. When store personnel were asked to question the employee their response was "she's trustworthy and her shift is over and would never do that. I intend on contacting the police again and request they view the footage of this employees movement while the incident occurred. I also intend to contact Macy's corporate office. Macys should take the security of their customers more seriously and after their rude and inpatient behavior today will never shop in this store again.
