  • Let me start by saying I haven't rented here yet. I rented from thrifty and accidentally drove to hertz. Different place every week, it pays to look at the receipt before driving up. But the guy that approached me apologized to me for my mistake. He was so friendly. He put my bags back in the trunk for me and he gave me directions. I wish I would have got his name. He definitely deserves a shout out.
