  • HORRIBLE customer service!!! Was inside this post office BEFORE THEY CLOSED. I stopped to help a customer using the self serve kiosk who was having trouble. After helping her, I went to the counter to mail my package. When I got to the counter an employee named ALBA said "were closed'. I said I just had a quick question about the kiosk. She said "comeback tomorrow and we'll help you." I said "you can't answer a quick question?". She then said "were closed, come back tomorrow. End of discussion!" Acted like an absolute jerk!! No other way to describe her attitude or LACK of customer service.
