  • I called prior to coming in to make sure we could come in without an appointment and that it would be an easy "come in, get fitted and out the door" thing and they said yes. We come in and have to sit for 30 minutes before anyone acknowledges that we are even in the room waiting and when they finally do come in they tell us what the doctor ordered and potential cost out of pocket but that they will run the insurance to see if it's covered. YOU MEAN TO TELL ME THIS ENTIRE TIME WE'VE BEEN SITTING HERE YOU HAVEN'T RUN OUR INSURANCE WHEN WE GAVE IT TO YOU WHEN WE WALKED IN????? COME ON!! Now we're sitting still waiting to have our insurance run and still haven't even been shown what it is they want to put on the foot. Although the staff are nice, they are extremely slow and need to get a better system in place.
