  • My rating is based off of my personal experience there. I came with a small group of friends and we got placed with a larger group. First complaint, is that the whole group was way too large to be in that room. It would have been much more suitable for 4-5 rather than 11. Second complaint has to do with the other people we were placed with, and not the company. The other people cheated by pulling the arm off the mannequin, and thus skipped several steps. I didn't go there to cheat. If we lose, it's better than winning by cheating. Third complaint has to do with the company. The guy in charge realized that the cheating had occurred, and forced us to "escape" before we truly had completed all of the puzzles. He was, understandably, upset about the cheating, but the way he handled it made me feel as though he was upset at all of us (my personal group of friends had nothing to do with the cheating). I'd give the experience another try, but I wouldn't do it again if we were to be placed with random people. Definitely damaged the experience for me.
