I am a 20+ year subscriber. Missed delivery on Wed. Called Customer Service, but they don't open until 7am. It's a morning newspaper, I'd think I could talk to someone earlier. Anyway, auto attendant credited my account. Message says those responsible will be notified. Great.
Thursday morning, no paper. Called and went through it all again. Perturbed.
Fri morning, no paper. Pissed. Called and went through it all again. This time I waited until they decided customer service was important (7am) and was greeted by a seasoned customer service rep. She assured me it would be taken care of.
Sat morning, guess what, no paper again. Cancelling.
