  • When I called, they sounded absolutely wonderful. They said they were going to schedule me with the woman who does the best layered stack. I was ecstatic. When I arrived, they kept praising her. Unfortunately, she SHAVED the back of my head in a spot. A full inch. If you know anything about a layered stack, this was completely noticeable and she didn't even tell me. It was dark in the building and hard to tell in the mirror. I didn't notice until I got to my car and went to touch my hair. The worst part is that they didn't care and she wouldn't even tell me. I understand accidents happen, but at least admit to it. I will never be returning and am taking my grandmother's business elsewhere as well.
