  • My stove locking mechanism (and self clean function) went out 6 months ago, I'll just clean it myself. My dishwasher stopped working last month, I can hand wash dishes. My washer stopped working today, I've got a trifecta! Cannot put this off any longer. I found them here on Yelp. Pleasant phone discussion with office girl, repairman showed up next day on-time. He interrogated all 3 same day, fixed one on-the-spot. Ordered parts for other 2, and fixed them 2 days later. All 3 now work perfectly and only cost me about $450. Considering the part needing replacement for the dishwasher was the electronic "motherboard" and stove was replacing the entire locking system I think this was a good price. And he quoted me the price in real time during inspection via his smartphone lookup of replacement part costs. Now everything works perfect again, thank you Appliance Works, I'll call if anything else breaks (sooner this time now that my repair-cost anxiety has been alleviated!). They were very professional & honest and did great work.
