I absolutely love the Paw Spa. I have two dogs and three cats so I am clearly a crazy animal lover. I am always very hesitant taking my babies anywhere that I haven't been before. My sheltie desperately needed grooming because he is a dirt lover and I like to keep his hair on the shorter side since it's so hot here. The Paw Spa was recommended by a friend and my vet. I did my research, read a million reviews and decided to make an appointment.
Right when you walk in it's a calming environment with dimmed lighting and it's very quiet - no dogs barking at all, which is always a good sign! The receptionist was very nice and I explained to her what kind of cut I wanted my dog to have. I was worried they might cut his hair in a way that I wouldn't like and expressed my concern. She took down notes on what I wanted and off he went to the back of the salon. What I also like about this place is the dogs are in plain sight so you don't have to be worried about what they might be hiding behind closed doors because there aren't any.
She gave me a call around 2 hours later when my dog was ready. I came in and he was GORGEOUS! They did such an amazing job and I have never seen him so clean and well groomed before. He walked out wearing a bandana around his neck and I just wanted to die from his cuteness. My dog was very happy to be nice and clean.
I now take him here every two months for his usual bath and haircut and he always comes out perfect. I also have started taking my long hair cats here once a year to get a lions cut. It's tough to find a groomer that will take cats and actually take good care of them. They take such good care of my babies and I will never take them anywhere else!
