The bad review is because of the quality of the products. I tried to give a review of the actual product at Lane Bryant's website but they rejected it because "it did not meet all their website guidelines." Meaning, they don't like negative reviews. They had no problem with my positive reviews. So here it is:
I haven't even had these jeans (Melissa McCarthy Seven7) a year and the thighs are already threadbare. I have slacks that I purchased from the Loft over 5 years ago and they show no signs of wear. These jeans are a rip off. I don't know how Lane Bryant can sell such poor quality for these high prices. I knew they were cheap the first time I wore them. Good quality pants stretch back when you wear them. These do not. Towards the end of the day, the waist is so stretched out they keep falling down because of poor elasticity. I will never buy from Lane Bryant ever again.
I also need to add that I paid over $90 for the jeans. I also have a short sleeve pullover shirt that I bought from them. I wash it on gentle and hang dry it, yet it still has little beads all over it. I don't understand how a store can sell such expensive clothes and they don't even last a year. Years ago, I used to shop there and the clothes lasted but not anymore.
