  • WORST service ever. It's a shame because the food was excellent bar food. The wrap and fries were great and the cocktail I had was also wonderful. However, we sat in our seat for over 20 minutes and NOONE gave us the time of day. It is seat yourself, so we sat in a high top table in the middle of the restaurant, there were other patrons getting service next to us (it's not like we were in a secluded corner). Menus are already in the table. After literally 20 minutes not 1 waitress or a manager even acknowledged us. No one asked us what we wanted to drink or even said "we'll be right with you." At this point we wanted to leave but had tickets to the pirate game and figured at this point it would be difficult to get seated and served in another restaurant before the game. Therefore, my husband walked to the bar and ordered drinks and food off the bartender. No one ever apologized for the lack of service. The bartender was nice enough to come to our table to check on us. We did see a few service shake their hands to denote we weren't their table. It's a shame the place is so poorly organized. The servers should have sections and even though the place was fairly busy someone at least should have acknowledged us. We are pretty easy to please and I have never yet written a negative review but this was ridiculous. Wish I could give service 1 star (would say 0 but at least the bartender was kind) Food 4 stars Cocktail 5 stars
