| - I needed help moving across town. I called Denali and asked about their prices for moving. I spoke with Nancy and I was so happy to be able to get a quote over the phone with no hassle. Nancy was very nice and broke down exactly what the cost provided. The price was better than any other company I called. They also offered packing service, which I can't express how helpful that was. I scheduled both services. The day of packing Chris called me while on his way and was there about 15 min early, which I really appreciated. It turned out I needed more boxes than I had and Chris went back to their offices to get boxes, and didn't start the clock till he returned. Chris and Ramiro were there to help me pack and these guys were machines!!! They wasted no time getting in there and in less than 2 hours they had everything I needed help packing done! Since it was a 2 hour minimum Chris asked if there was anything they could help me with. Seriously, great service. So I called and requested them for my move as well. Once again I got a message that morning when they were on their way and again, they were early. Chris and Gustavo started working immediately. These guys hustle! They were loading the truck faster than I could keep track. Everything was taken care of perfectly. They wrapped my furniture in plastic (no charge) and were so careful with my items. I even had a treadmill that I was worried about because I couldn't get it taken apart... Gustavo was a ninja with that thing, wrapped in plastic and somehow these guys got it out and in the truck. They got everything loaded and even took some furniture out to the dumpster for me before we left. She stopped at my storage to pick up the things there, and then we were done. I went ahead of them because I wanted to get them lunch for their hard work. Once they arrived at my new place they started moving right away. I made them stop and eat because they needed a break (in my opinion lol) We ate and they were so polite and friendly. They went back to work and unloaded everything. They put my bed together for me, put everything where I needed it. My couch is a 3 piece sectional and once we got it upstairs we realized that I couldn't fit all 3 pieces. So they took one down to my garage and wrapped it in plastic for me. The service with these guys was wonderful. I had a friend moving the next weekend and made him use Denali! He also called and requested Chris and Gustavo for his move. When I move again I will definitely use Denali! The price was 100% fair, ZERO hidden fees... It was exactly as quoted! Not a single item was broken, dented, cracked... It was perfect! I have already recommended them to everyone!
