  • WARNING - This shop uses a credit company to offer 0% financing options for 1 year plus an included extended warranty on the watches. A great deal however, I believe the goal of this arrangement is to ensure you are charged late fees and high interest rates far exceeding the original purchase price of the watch. It starts out innocently enough, they put the wrong address on the billing statement and you're suddenly behind a payment. Somehow they get the late notice address correct. Then checks don't clear. Even though they receive them, my bank showed no attempt to cash and rejected no checks. Checks were sent via my banking bill pay service which has never had an issue like this in the 20 years I have used it. Further, this credit company has no website to go online and view your account and customer service is from 8-5 EST only. When you do call them, you go through the whole rigamarole of providing acct#, address, SSN, etc... only to be transferred to start over or conveniently dropped. I think it says a lot about a company that does business in this manner. I suppose it's possible that it's a third party credit company, but it was presented as in house and the statements all have the Tourbillon name and logo on them. While I am very happy with the watch I purchased here I would not do business with them in the future. I will try someone else.
