rev:text	I purchased a thing off groupon and originally was just going to get my underarms done. However, they were having a great deal on underarms so I opted to use it for my bikini line. Then after my first appointment I asked about pricing for other body parts and was told about a great deal for my whole body! Because I had paid for the groupon and underarm deal they waved my first two months and last months pay. Talk about great costumer service and a great business tactic! I've been told that Simplicity offers some of the cheapest deals and have referred most of my friends to them! I have yet to hear a bad thing about the business, the techs, etc! Joanne at the new Chandler location is amazing! She is super sweet (her British accent makes her sound even sweeter, like Mary Poppins-like) and reminds me of what a stereotypical hairdresser should be like... friendly and therapeutic-like. She made what could have been an awkward situation very comfortable. My first appointment was an interesting one... the location is super difficult to find, which made me late. The room the machine is in is rather tiny and it being one of the first days they were in the office they were missing a few items and still trying to get situated. Since I get my whole body done, I was completely naked, but they were out of those paper blankets to cover yourself so I was completely exposed throughout the whole process (they have since gotten them in). Part way through my appointment the machine ran out of whatever it is it runs on... so she had to change the containers, which took 15 min to reheat. Luckily Joanne and I were able to converse while waiting and she made the wait go by fairly quickly. She repeatedly apologized for the inconvenience, which wasn't her fault at all. Over all it was a great experience, despite the few niches, my next appointment is next week but I can already see results! Because the machine is new, it is a lot quicker and a lot less painful then the ones at the other locations. I highly recommend going to the Chandler location and having Joanne, she is wonderful!
