  • Michelle is a supervisor at Spirit in Las Vegas and I don't know how she ever got promoted. She had me break down in public because she wouldn't let me on the flight without paying $110 to carry on my bag after I paid for check in and spoke to customer service and they insisted it was fine but she wouldn't even hear me out, she kept cutting me off and told me she booked me for the next flight and the plane couldn't wait for me. I've never had a situation like that happen to me before and was completely baffled to find out she was a supervisor. Thank goodness another manager downstairs fully refunded me, apparently that wasn't a surprise for anyone so why is she a supervisor???
