  • When my coworker told me I had a nasty door ding in my new car, I thought he was being a jerk and it was a cruel joke to get me outside for something nefarious. When I saw the giant inverted pimple in my door I felt like crap. I found Ding Doctor here on Yelp, and chose them because they had mobile service (the other highly rated guys didn't) and would give me an estimate by texting them a few photos of the dent without having to drive somewhere or commit to anything. It was a simple, albeit very informal process. I texted some pics, got a reply that it would be about $100 and that the work could be done right away. The whole process from there was pretty cool - I just texted back my address, and boom Calin shows up with a truck full of tools that look like torture devices from medieval times. After confirming the dent in person was like the photo, he grabbed his torture tools and contorted them into various holes in the door making my car look like new brand new again. I paid cash, had no problems whatsoever, and love the result. I'm picky with my car (a Sakhir Orange BMW M3), so was thrilled it met my expectations. I'll post a picture of the finished product to the Yelp page, so you can see for yourself. Pretty slick witchcraft.
