  • Stay away from this store. They are liar's they will tell you whatever it takes to make a commission. We were told that T-Mobile would give us $150 for our trade in, plus a $350 gift card, and they were going to pay off the remaining debt we owned on our phones with Verizon. Not true!!!! We signed up June 13 and still have not received a gift card and Verizon is billing us for more than $1,000. No one wants to help us. The Manager does not work there anymore and she was the one that told us all the lies. Stay away from these people, they are bold faced liars!!!!!!!!
