  • DO NOT EVER GO HERE! My boyfriend and I have a 7 month golden retriever. The past four days he has been throwing up pretty consistently so we waited no longer to bring him in. We got there and they immediately took him back for X-rays. No explanation of what procedure they're doing, how much it's going to cost, any other options, etc. The doctor and my puppy came back and the doctor explained that everything was fine with him and that we can go back home. We got up to the front to pay and she explains that it will be $311.00 we are college students and live on our own so we asked if we can pay half today and half tomorrow when we get paid or do payments. Not sure what her name was but she was probably the rudest person I have ever dealt with. She made us feel like crap and said "we do billing at the time of the service" we have been loyal customers to Sunridge for awhile now and guess what? Now I will never go back because of the way we were treated.
