I absolutely loved everything about Desert Wind. They have such cute sayings on the walls and the chairs looked pretty comfortable (perfect for studying), the atmosphere was relaxed and although it was busy, it wasn't super loud. Brandon, the barista helping me out was really nice and helpful. Even though he was busy (there was a line of 3 people waiting behind me), he took the time to give me a stamp card, write my name on it and asked me if I wanted to take a sip of my hazelnut latte to see if it needed any adjustments.
Drink prices are a bit cheaper than other local coffee shops. For hot drinks they have 3 sizes and for cold drinks 2 sizes. Something that caught my eye was the Eun's addiction, it has white chocolate in it. I'm not a huge fan of white chocolate so I didn't order it. I'd give the hazelnut latte a 4/5. It wasn't overly sweet, but IMO it was lacking another shot of espresso which I'll probably add next time. My large hazelnut latte came out to be about $5.40 which isn't bad at all.
I think the only downside about Desert Wind is that they close at 5. I wish they stayed open later for my late night study sessions, but I can't wait to come back to try their green tea latte.
