If I could give no stars I would.
The first agent that I contacted 2 times, who was supposed to be in charge of my group's cruise never bothered to pass on my information to the new agent. I guess it was too hard for Dennis to either leave a message on someone's desk or send an email.
The 2nd agent that I dealt with, had a problem booking the room that I wanted on the cruise ship. Although it showed that it was available to mw, she told me it wasn't. I checked again and sure enough it was available. She had to call RCI again. I'm guessing their computer system doesn't allow them to check room availability ...lol.
I booked the room I wanted, and gave a deposit. I expected a receipt/confirmation within 30 minutes to 1 hr of my booking. Two days later I still had no email receipt/confirmation. Who does this?
I thought that travel agents were hurting because people prefer to deal directly with the cruise lines. They just want your $$$. I did all the leg work for the agent.
I forgot to mention....they don't mention that they charge you $25 if you cancel. I found it at the bottom of my receipt.
