The unorganized front desk to check-in should have been a good indicator that the rest of the experience would be as bad as that was. Our waitress had to be hunted down by another waiter. During her first visit to our table we ordered drinks and our meals.
The people that came in after us, and were seated after us got there food 20 minutes before us. The waitress finally came by and joked about how long it was taking, yet offered no apologies.
Now, I understand that it's a Sunday, and Valentine's Day, however a little more organization and consistency would have been nice.
This will be the last time I visit this restaurant due to the horrible experience. I do not recommend it to anyone anymore.
UPDATE: Someone from Brio replied to my review that they would message me. 6 days later, I'm still waiting for a message. They must be on the same schedule as the restaurant was that day.
