  • So I graduated with a Hospitality Management Major years and years ago so I try not to be too critical of resturants because I understand that things can get hectic at times. But I have never been so disapointed with a place in my entire life. My boyfriend and I came on a Sunday morning during a home Browns game because I saw an add for bottomless mimosas and a breakfast buffet for $12 which sounded like a great deal. When we arrived we standed there waiting to be seated for a solid 7 minutes before the bartender eventually waved us over and told us it was open seating. We ordered mimosas which were served in tiny plastic cups which wasn't a huge deal, but then the breakfast buffet was just 2 hot serving pans with some eggs, sausage, and some microwaved frozen waffles. Not to mention it was all serve on styrofoam plates with plastic silverware. Then you get to the end of the "buffet" and all the condiments were empty and all spilled and laying on the table. We sat outside trying to get as far away from the horrible music as possible.
