  • I have lived in this complex and the same apartments since the Fall of 2013. It was a rough start with the transition of management when we first moved in but I really love it here. My apartment is towards the rear of the complex and it is very quiet. 2 bedroom, 2 bath, living room, dining room and a sunroom. Over 1200 sq ft. It's not the newest complex out there but it's clean, it's quiet and the apartments are spacious. The staff is super responsive to any issues or concerns and the maintenance guys are all over any issues you might have. I also love the fact that I am 2 miles from work on the road (5 miles on the Greenway) and the heart of Ballantyne. The only downside might be the lack of a decent fitness/gym but the accessibility to the 6.5 mile McAlpine Greenway and local gyms take care of that. I feel spoiled here with affordable living so close to so much! Did I mention it's quiet?
