  • This is my second visit to Otro Cafe and I wanted to love it. Delicious ceviche and agua Fresca. The tacos and margaritas were tiny, mole horrible, elote overpriced, the avocado in my guacamole was not ripe, rice undercooked and had a weird flavor and I love saffron. Won't be back super underwhelming. The service was AWEFUL tonight.
