  • In October I will be moving out. I have been frustrated by the lack of communication of the front office staff. I would not say this complex is pristine. They never clean the leaves off the stairs and the constant bird poop on side walks is ridiculous. With regards to the front office staff. I would advise everyone to hold on to your documents and have them make copies for you. As my experience here has been less than desirable. First, I get a call from A notice on my door stating my lease is up...???? What ? Then, I get a phone call from Bianca stating that I singed a 10 month lease. Thankfully I kept my documents and looked in her computer and said oh, sorry you are right. Btw, you are the person with whom showed me the property and signed my lease. I get a call today from Bianca stating that they never received my non renewal of lease. Which, btw I turned in on 8/3/16. So, I return the phone call and Bianca is not available. I explain the situation to Kristen who doesn't even bother to look in my file. My moral of this story is do your research before you bother a tenant that has always paid on time. If you choose to move in here keep your documents stored in a safe place.
