  • Great staff, clean facility, ultimately a great deal for the price. You won't find better. 2015 Edit: Staff has treated my mother and I with such warmth and kindness over these past two years. I am amazed they remember our names and it's such a positive part of our day. They have completely renovated the facility and it offers so much more than before. It is always clean and they have come up to us randomly to make sure we were not intimidated by the new equipment areas. They have actually listened and responded to any suggestion or survey I have filled out which I find to be rare. It is a fantastic deal compared to all other gyms in the area. Unless you go at a peak time it is really quite empty and not at all intimidating for women. I really wish they were open later hours on the weekends, but that's my only complaint! Thanks Fitness Connection staff!
