rev:text	I would give this place zero stars if I could! Good luck trying to get a reservation or get any sort of phone call back! I tried to set up an appointment online but it says to call to make a reservation. I called a few times (4X) and left 1 voicemail to be considerate and not annoying. I was trying to plan a birthday activity for my husband and tried to get a reservation set up for this. No one gave me a call back. So we decided to go anyways the next day and see when I could set up a time. I talked to about 3 different young people and they said you had to have a reservation 24 hrs in advance (which it would have been if they answered the phone!). They also said on the other side of the marina that you could set up a hydro service there so I called scorpion Bay and they do not even have that service on that side of the lake. By this point I'm heated I talk to a manager and he says he would try and squeeze us in the next day and would personally give me a call by the end of the day..I never received a call..Ever! All I wanted was a reservation..even if it was 2 weeks from then! The only saving grace was the friendly staff at the kayak rentals. The staff was friendly,fast,efficient and accommodating they get 5 stars! I'm grateful that my husband had a good time even though it wasn't what I had planned for him. I understand that summer time is busy for them but they need to work on customer service and professionalism. I'm a very understanding person and have never left a review anywhere but other people need to know that they need to plan a reservation I guess weeks or months in advance!
