  • I was in West Valley for a doctor's appointment one day and decided to treat myself to a new coffee shop. I found Enroute on yelp and figured I'd give it a go. At first I couldn't find it, which was completely my fault because it isn't really hidden. I walk in and it was actually really crowded on a friday late morning early afternoon. There were people studying, talking, reading etc. It was a very nice energy. The space itself is nicely laid out, I can walk through without bumping into tables, but there was plenty of space to sit. I have no idea what I want so I ask the barista for recommendations and he helped me navigate to the perfect nexus of not too sweet and strong. I ended up getting the coconut cold brew and it was delicious. The coffee was strong and flavorful and didn't taste old like cold brew can at times. The touch of coconut was really refreshing. They have so many other drinks I want to try. They also have a churro loaf that was calling my name, but I sadly resisted....that time.
