Pho (pronounced fuh) served in a diner? Yes and yes! On a cold Vegas day (and there seem to be many of these lately... not complaining, though...I love me some cute boots!!), there is nothing better than pho to warm your belly up. What Lemongrass may have on some of its other competitors (yes, Pho Saigon 8, I'm talking to you!) is that they have both veggie and meat broth options so that the non-meat eaters in the group (MOI, of course!) can also enjoy Vietnam's delish version of clear soup.
While Lemongrass' pho is indeed fantastic (shout out to the veggie-based pho with seafood), another menu star is their chao tom (shrimp and sugar cane rice paper rolls.... SALIVATION time!! The secret ingredient: red shiso. SLURP).
Lunch time here is a bit hectic so, if you go, be prepared to wait a little bit. That said, the wait is absolutely worth it!
