rev:text	I've had it with this place. My immediate issue is how they're handling my rent. I paid on time, and 5 days later I receive a notice on my door. This alone is aggravating. Don't leave things like that in people's doors, for a lot of obvious reasons. I went to the office, very surprised, and checked my bank account. It seemed something happened online, and it never went through. I'd seen the confirmation page, so I knew that I had done everything on my end. I didn't, however, receive a confirmation email. I got a money order for them the next banking day. They said IT would look into the issue, and I shouldn't worry about late fees. I'm now getting charged late fees, and receiving letters in my door about those. I tried calling, and they didn't get back to me until the next day when I was unavailable. I went to this office to handle this issue in person this morning, and ended up leaving before I could even speak to anyone. The line was five people deep, and the associates were leaving to take people on tours. Unbelievable! It wasn't until I said something that they even bothered to see if someone just needed to drop something off. Can you imagine waiting in line for more than 30 minutes just to drop off your rent? One woman was holding what must have been a 3 month old, and they expected her to wait! After the second associate left to take a guest on a tour, locking the office behind her, I left in frustration. I doubted highly any of these women could help as they weren't the office manager, and I was done wasting my time. I could not believe they'd leave when they had actual tenants with needs waiting. My situation is still not handled a month later. I've also realized how damaged and disgusting the apartments are. I have a bug infestation, and my neighbor's building has roaches. The bottom of our staircase reeks of cat pee, and I believe mold is starting to grow in the wall behind my bathtub. Also, they keep sending aggravating emails out. They lectured people about their bathing suit attire in one, and said if people didn't pick up their packages within two days, they send them back in another for example. The emails are almost constant and rude. I've never dealt with a more unprofessional team of people. The minute we can move, we are out of here!
