| - I only spend a few weeks in Pittsburgh out of the year, so I judge a restaurant based on whether or not I would want to come back during my short visits.
Definitely want to come back here. They have a ton of vegetarian options which means you're not confined to eating scrambled eggs and potatoes, and the menu is big enough that everyone should be able to find something they like. I had the Veggie Scramble, made up of fingerlings, squash, parsnips, and carrots and topped with an over-easy egg. It wasn't super flavorful on its own, but with a little added salt and pepper and a dash of ketchup, it was delicious.
The coffee, which isn't great but also isn't terrible, is served up in an adorable square mug that really encompasses what this place is about. It's cute and quirky, but you know you're going to get a good meal. Can't wait to go back
