  • I am not surprised to hear LA Fitness purchased this business and is closing this establishment. The equipment always stank of sweat, and if you were not in the "He-Man" category, they looked down on you. They loved to push the "healthy" powders and pills to help you build muscle, and when you had a question, it always took forever, if at all, for them to get back to you with some sort of answer. They were quick to take my money, though. The staff was friendly, but generally clueless, and when I went to cancel my membership, they gave me the run-around, wanting to talk to me to help me make a "better decision". Then, they told me I needed to give them at least 30 days(!) notice. Stinky, sticky, and clueless. Good riddance.
