  • I called thismorning as i wanted to purchase 22 x 10oz bars of silver. He put me on hold twice seemed very unsure if he had instock. Then he wanted me to come at 5:30 pm because apparently they were so busy. I stayed i wasnt able to he said ok maybe 3:30. Again that time frame didnt meet my schedule i said do you physically have the bars instock? He said yes he has them right now...then he put me onhold again, I got frusterated and hungup. At about 1:30pm i drove past and they were empty...only one other customer inside..earlier he said they were so busy i would have to wait an hour possibly 2. I inquired about buying 22 silver bars to which i was told they didnt have any. I then asked about buying 2x1 oz gold maples...again he said we dont have any stock. I got frusterated and started questioning him. Someone else came up mumbled then the guy who i spoke to earlier on thr phone came to the window and started giving me attitude. Then said do you want to buy gold or silver. I said both buy you guys dont seem to have any....words were exchanged for a minute i had enoug of his attitude and i told him he would never get my business again. As i start walking away he tells me ok i have silver and the gold come come and buy here. I said i was going to go somewhere else because i was tired of his bullshit...he was saying noo your here buy from me. I told him off and walked out of the building. Then i got on my phone called 3 people whom i know deal with these idiots and they too are fedup and wont be returning to this place. They dont seem to have the inventory as other reviewer has stated its all a presale and then they order it. Take your money elsewhere i know i will
