Worst gym I've ever been to. I had a membership there for a few months but got so tired of out of order machines and how small the gym was that I decided to cancel. I asked carry at the front desk how I cancel my membership he asked me my info and I gave it to him, he then said he took care of it. Months later I see a bill from EOS Fitness (I cancelled before the change when it was Gold's Gym, the bill was $53.95 taken out of my account, I called billing for the company and spoke with the corporate billing supervisor and she said that my membership has not been cancelled and that there's nothing corporate can do so who knows how much more I've been billed but it also makes me wonder why I'm being billed $53.95 if it was just a standard member charge because when I signed up over a year ago for the gym I only agreed to $9.95 a month. This is all because the employee at the location didn't inform me on how to truly cancel my membership because of laziness or improper training. I promise to everyone that is way more worth your money to join any other gym but this place
