  • I am very pleased with the service I got from El Cheapo. The sign-up process was easy and all contracts were sent to me via email prior to my move. I received a confirmation call the day before. The movers were supposed to arrive at 9:30, but they were approximately an hour late. I think an area of improvement could be warning customers that they may not be on time. However, I did receive a call from the actual movers who were driving the truck that day to let me know they were on their way. The movers were excellent. They were careful with my belongings and moved everything efficiently into my new place. I also received a 20% discount - 10% for my first move with them, 5% as a student and an additional 5% for paying cash. When I was paying, the contract and charges were explained to me in detail. The move ended up costing more than I expected but that was because all of my furniture had to be moved through the back door of the house. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I received and would not hesitate to recommend El Cheapo to my friends and family.
