We recently went to the Preserve with our grandkids. We all loved it!
The Preserve is a treasure for Gilbert and gets a lot of use. There are multiple trails for walking and viewing the wildlife. There are many species of birds in the seven ponds of the preserve and the grandkids loved trying to find the quail as the birds hurried from one area to another.
There is fishing available and always a lot of photographers "hunting" the wildlife.
Parking is limited right at the preserve, but a short walk away, there is ample parking at the Southeast Library Branch.
