  • Service department has treated me well. However there is a reason for that. The Service Advisor. I only will work with George Wirtz. He is extremely thorough and will make sure things are done correctly. There was one instance where something was not right and they bent over backwards to make things right. On top of that he is always extremely professional and just a nice guy. I am happy with them They did have an issue with the person answering the phones in 2012. She was extremely unprofessional and a bit on the rude side the one time I had to deal with her. I was pleasantly surprised when on the next visit they announced that she had been let go due to many complaints including mine.
