  • Philadelphia Sandwich Company is by far the BEST cheesesteak sandwich this side of the Mississippi River. It is super authentic. They recently moved from their old location in Old Town Scottsdale to their new mobile food truck. The food truck is INSANE... it is HUGE. I think it is more than 35 feet long and it is a true gourmet kitchen on wheels. Dennis, the owner, and his son Aaron run the restaurant and have for over a decade. The previous owner was named Dennis too and he was awesome but the new owners really took the previous concept and put it on wheels (literally and figuratively). The father and son duo are friendly and care about our experience each time we visit with them. Unlike some of the other places here in town, this is a family run business and they always great us with a smile, delicious food and an experience worth remembering. There website is pretty cool too and it is the best place to find out where in the Valley of the Sun they might be serving up tasty Philly cheesesteak treats.
