  • I just had a great experience at Thunderbird Automotive! I emailed on Saturday because I had my check engine light come on. I thought it was my alternator. Got an email back within a couple hours from Johnathan giving me a quote to check to see what the issue was. I called today and asked if I could stop by. He said to swing by and he could check a few things out. I was there for maybe 15-20 minutes tops. They quickly found that it wasn't the alternator, and determined it was the thermostat from the computer. They also noticed a sound in the back and said it was likely the brakes and that I should have it checked soon. All of the guys were very pleasant and willing to answer the questions I had. Someone who has the time to take care of me has more than earned my business. I will be back in on Saturday morning to get the thermostat fixed. If you are in this part of town, I would suggest reaching out to them and let them take care of you the right way.
