  • I just had my first Firehouse sub. I took the recommendation of the cashier for #4(Italian). The bread(wheat) was the first thing I noticed-soft, moist and a temperature that seemed to enhance the upcoming experience...meat that wasn't skimpy, dressing not overdone or without enough, and the ensemble as a whole made me realize, "no wonder there's a crowd!". Yes, a Saturday, but now I think Subway has to retire.
