I must say Victor impressed us. He worked an entire day w/ tech support over an on-going problem w/ our landline and upgrade to try and correct the problem. He started at 11, went through 2 "boxes" and numerous departments and stays on hold to try and get someone to help him help us! He felt really bad that everything he tried was not helping. We finally went on with our day and he called at 8 that night to let us know he finally found a person and way to help us. My husband went by to pick up the now finally working equipment the next morning. Way to go victor!
