  • After being put on hold for 10 minutes spoke to a very friendly staff member. However when I drove 20 miles to pick it up they couldn't find the prescription. (Can't mail it due to the heat). Took them an additional 15 minutes to track it down...when it was sent to the mail room. Next I was told it was not ready at all and could I wait another 15 minutes???? #notimpressed
