  • If I could rate a minus ten I would!! I bought a wig and wig glue on a Friday evening to wear to work on Saturday morning! This is where my nightmare begins!! I spent at least an hour trying on wigs before I decided on my purchase, in spite of the ridiculous $5 fee!! They charge you five bucks to try on three wigs after they make you buy a new $2 wig cap!! Who raised them?! So I finally decide on a wig, get up the next morning to get ready for work and put on my new synthetic wig! The first issue was that it shed like crazy! The wig lost five to six strands with every stroke! And I use a professional wig brush. By the time I was done combing through the wig, my sink and brush were full of hair and my floor had strands everywhere! The second issue was it didn't fit! Every time I changed my facial expression or smiled, it slid back! I knew that my head didn't get bigger overnight and it wasn't possible for the wig to shrink, so that remains a mystery! I was not going to work with a receding hairline wig!!! So I was glad I bought the glue, or so I thought!!! I figured I would use the glue to hold it in place and look like I had an eyebrow lift!! I hated that every time you dip the brush it makes a stringy, super sticky mess!! It also has a harsh chemical smell!! After using it I had spiderweb strands of glue all over my sink, the front of my shirt, stuck in my eyelashes and all over my new gel manicured nails!!! I was pissed!!! After the glue dried on my wig and set for ten minutes it started to turn white and ball up! It looked like oatmeal around my edges! I didn't have time for that, I have to get to work!! So the wig is not moving and the glue is starting to burn!!! I put liquid cement on my head and the sales girl didn't tell me?!? I had to go on YouTube to find out how to get this mess off of my scalp and everything else! Then I find out that this glue is for people who are committed to wearing their wig for weeks at a time!!! That is so not me! I had to use rubbing alcohol to remove the glue from my nails and bathroom counter, my shirt was ruined, I had to get back in the shower and use every oily hair product I had and steam the wig off!!! After spending nearly 45 minutes picking the balls of glue out of my hair, I realized I had been burnt!! The glue ate away at my skin!!!! So now I'm an hour late to work, my favorite work shirt was ruined, my hair is a mess and my face is burned!!! I was hot as a firecracker!!! I pulled out an old dusty wig from my closet and made it to work!! After a long day at work, I go home and get the wig and glue and go to Nicole wigs.... I showed them the wig which still had the cottage cheese looking glue and patches of my hair in it and the show them my burn scars!! They dismissively told me there was NOTHING they can do except offer me 10% on another low quality wig!!! I wouldn't take another wig from them even if it was free!! I just waisted $100 on some bull!!! At the least, I should have been offered a store credit! They sale hair care products I use!!! .......But NO!! Their wigs are low quality and they don't care about their customers!! Take your hard earned money and go to a different wig vendor! The wigs are a joke! They shed like crazy, it was damn near in dred locks after wearing it for a less than an hour!!! The tag says it can withstand 400 degrees of heat but the back of the box says only keep in cool temperatures!?!? I noticed the more I blow dried the glue, the more tangled the wig got and my blow dryer is no where near 400 degrees!! They sold me wig glue and forgot to mention that it is a three step process glue! You need a skin protector as well as an adhesive remover! If they would have told me that I wouldn't have bought it! Also their human hair wigs are waaaaaay overpriced! Please shop online. Check out LightInTheBox.com, AliExpress.com and eBay!! You can get a super cute human hair full lace wig that comes pre-plucked with a natural hairline and the knots bleached for under $200!!! I bought a super cute 16" human hair full lace wig from eBay and it held its style after washing it every week, straightening it and hot curling it for over a year and I only paid $150 for it! I only went to Nicole wigs because I needed something immediately! But after all this, I gladly went back online to buy another high quality cute wig at a decent price! It's worth the 7-10 day wait for shipping! So needless to say, I will never buy a wig from them again! Just a tip for the managers/owners Danny and Cindy.... from one business owner to another... if you care about your customers and your business reputation than you should make every effort to make yourself available, especially during ALL business hours! To tell your employees to tell customers that you don't want to be bothered on the weekends?! That really shows bad business practice!
