  • I had a toilet gasket wear out and water would go everywhere when it was flushed. It was our guest bath and we had company coming. I called my home warranty company and Matt from Just plumbing was sent out. He was very professional and very pleasant he took the toilet apart and said the gasket between the tank and base was not a size they have and he would have to find out what kind of toilet it was and order the gasket. He knew we had company coming and said he would let me know the progress. He was true to his word . He let me know that he found the brand and ordered the gasket he let me know just a couple of days later that the gasket was in and he came out the same day and put the toilet back together. I can't say enough good things about Matt and his understanding of our situation. I don't know anything about the other employees but I will ask for Matt if we need work done again.
