| - Always a favorite of mine in Las Vegas. The octopus was cooked perfectly, and not rubbery at all. I would recommend starting with the tartar as you go over the wine list. We did side of the roasted vegetables, cheese, and balsamic dressing, which was great.
The fish market is a pretty cool concept. They take you over to a large selection of fresh fish on ice, and go over the different fish and their taste profile. I was admittedly a little nervous picking out a fish, and choosing a cooking method, but our waiter helped us choose a gorgeous Red Emperor. Since there were only two of us, we choose a smaller fish, but larger groups can choose much larger fishes and have them cooked in a salt crust. The fished was cooked perfectly. They warned us that there might be a few bones to watch out for, but my fillet didn't have a single one.
This is definitely a restaurant for which you want to get a reservation, and wear some nice clothes. I have seen people wearing jeans inside, and they stick out like a sore thumb.
