  • Very dissatisfied with my service and repair of my IPHONE 6 plus. When I handed over my phone to the Service Techs I simply just needed my cracked screen fixed. My phone was working great despite the cracked screen. I had no problems with my phone fully functioning properly. Well when I showed up they proceeded to tell me my phone was not ready and did I receive their VM? I stated no that I didn't. Then the Service Tech begin to explain to me that my home button needed to be fixed. I said no it didn't it worked just fine before I handed it over to you. I definitely gave some push back as I felt this was a ploy to have me spend more money and my home button was just fine before handing my phone to them. They eventually agreed to fix my home button for free once the part comes in. Now that I have my phone home the battery does not last longer than 5 minutes even with a full charge! It is very obvious they switched out my battery along with my home button. Probably used my parts to service another client's phone. I will never entertain going to this place ever again. Please be aware as they switch out parts!!!!!!
